| Abstract: | The present situation of productive technology and trend of development about calcium carbide industry are introduced Advantages and disadvantages of various equipment for producing calcium carbide are analysed, The technical characteristics of large-scale closed calcium carbide furnace make by No-rwegion ELKEM Company are evaluated. The design and manufacture concerning Chinese-built are discussed Suggestions of developing calcium carbide industry in Yunnan are put forword in this paper. |
