| 摘 要： | 对齿轮传动精度的理论分析进行了介绍，重点分析设计软件的主要组成及其主要功能，最后由应用实例验证该软件的可行性。用Visual Basic语言编写的软件来完成齿轮精度的程序计算工作。该软件采用交互式窗口，操作简单，能迅速正确地确定齿轮三个公差组精度等级、齿厚极限偏差、各公差组的检验项目及其公差值。

| Abstract: | Gear transmission precision theoretical analysis is introduced.Then the design software main composition and its main function are analyzed in detail.Finally an application example confirms this software feasibility.The visual basic language is used to write the software for analysis of gear precision and computation.This software used an interactive window,so the operation is simple,and can define rapidly correctly three gear tolerance classes, the tooth thick limit deviation,various tolerance class test item and the value of tolerance. |
