摘    要:采用冷焊技术对济钢第一炼钢厂25t转炉倾动大齿轮与耳轴间过大的配合间隙进行修复,方法是对需粘结表面进行预处理后,打入切向键,进行高分子聚合物浇注。该方法简便易行,可提高劳动生产率,并能节能能源和材料。

Abstract:The fitting clearance between big tilting gear and trunnion of 25t con verter in No.1 steel making plant of Jigang was repaired by cold welding tec hnolo gy. The method is to pre-treat the surfaces, then strike into the tangeutial key s in the ci rcular direction, cast and spray into the high polymer. This method is simple an d easy to operate. The labor production rate can be improved and the energy an d materials can be saved.
