摘    要:简要介绍了风力发电的现状,指出了确定风电场穿透功率极限的重要性。提出了一种将近似线性规划与暂态稳定分析相结合的方法,将原计算风电场容量的非线性目标约束函数作线性化,再应用线性近似解法去逼近非线性真实解。通过暂态仿真结果与优化算法相交替的计算,得到最终解。通过36节点系统进行仿真计算,验证了该方法的有效性及快速准确性。

Abstract:The actuality of wind power generation is introduced in brief.Then the importance of wind power penetration limit is pointed out.An optimal method based on approximate linear programming and transient stability is introduced for calculating the wind farm penetration.This method gets the object function and constraint function approximately linearized firstly.Then it uses linear solution to find the accurate solution.The final solution can get from the transient simulation and optimal method.The results of 36-node system demonstrate that this method is rapid,precise and effective.
