摘    要:杂粮中多酚物质含量丰富,加大对杂粮多酚功能活性的深入研究对我国杂粮产业及国民健康具有十分深远的意义。本文综述了国内外杂粮多酚的抗氧化、抗癌、抗心脑血管疾病、降血糖、抗菌等功能活性的研究进展,为杂粮多酚的进一步研究和开发奠定理论基础。

Abstract:The content of polyphenols in coarse cerealswas abundant, and the further study on the function of polyphenols in coarse cereals was of far-reaching significance to our country 's coarse cereals industry and national health. The research progress of antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases, hypoglycemic and antibacterial activities of coarse cereals at home and abroad was reviewed, which provided a theoretical basis for the further research and development of coarse cereals.
