Abstract:Intestinal microecology is closely related to human health.Gut microbiota dysbiosis will lead to a variety of diseases.Intestinal microecology balance were regulated by food functional components for body defense, disease prevention, health recovery, etc.In order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of disease, the effects of prebiotics, polyphenol, protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids on intestinal microecology were reviewed on the basis of intestinal microecology dysbiosis induced body disease.
Keywords:intestinal microecology  food functional components  prebiotics  polyphenol  antibacterial peptide  polyunsaturated fatty acids
