摘    要:脱落酸(ABA)是五大植物内源激素之一,是果蔬生长发育及成熟各阶段的主要调控因子,具有抑制生长、促进休眠、抑制萌发、促进脱落等多种生理功能。目前,ABA在果蔬采后方面的应用主要集中于提高果蔬的食用品质、外观品质和耐贮性等方面,其作用机制主要体现在促进相关基因表达、控制相关酶活性以及改变膜通透性等方面。本文综述了ABA在果蔬采后方面的应用现状和作用机制,分析了ABA在果蔬采后应用方面存在的问题,并展望了其研究和应用前景。

Abstract:ABA, one of the five major plant endogenous hormones, is a major regulator of fruit and vegetable growth, development and maturation, which has many physiological functions, such as inhibiting growth, promoting dormancy, delaying germination, resulting in organ abscission etc.At present, application of ABA in postharvest of fruits and vegetables focus mainly on improving eating quality, keeping appearance quality and prolonging storage period.The main mechanisms employed for these functions have been found to be reflected in the aspects of promoting related gene expression, controlling enzyme activity and changing membrane permeability etc.In this mini-paper, the postharvest application status quo and mechanisms of ABA was reviewed, the existing problems was analyzed, and its research and application prospects in fruits and vegetables was envisioned.
