羧甲基纤维素/氧化石墨烯复合电化学生物传感器制备及其对维生素B6的检测性能研究

摘    要:通过生物传感器对生物大分子及药物分子进行量化分析与检测是材料科学领域的重要课题,因此设计和研制灵敏度高且操作简便的生物传感器材料成为近年来该领域的研究热点。由于自身结构或性能的局限,采用单一材料难以达到检测要求,通过两种或两种以上材料复合,构建综合性能优良的生物传感器是一个关键的基础课题。本研究以羧甲基纤维素为基体材料,以氧化石墨烯为增强体材料,将二者的复合材料用于修饰固体玻碳电极,构建复合智能生物传感器,研究该生物传感器对维生素B6的检出限、检测范围、选择性和稳定性,由此提了一种新的维生素B6的检测方法和技术。

Abstract:The method and technology of sensing, analyzing and detecting the biological macromolecules and drugs by biosensors is an important subject in biomedicine and materials science. The design and development of sensitive and easy-to-operate detection materials for biological macromolecules and drug molecules is a hotspot in this field in recent years. Due to the limitation of its structure or performance, it is difficult to meet the detection requirements by using a single material. It is a key basic subject to design and construct a material system with special structure by compounding two or more materials to obtain a composite drug detection system with excellent comprehensive performance. In this study, an intelligent biosensor based on carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and graphene oxide was investigated. The detection limit, detection range, selectivity and stability of the composite smart biosensor for vitamin B6 were studied. The excellent performance of CMC as matrix material of biosensor was revealed.
