交联-酰化法改进氨乙基氨丙基硅油的泛黄性

摘    要:用乙酸酐、丁内酯对重均相对分子质量为37500的ASO-1氨乙基氨丙基硅油改性,可抑制ASO-1的泛黄性,当酰化度≥48.87%时,改性硅油整理织物的白度值比未改性对照样品增加1.5以上,但柔软性降低。采用乙酸酐酰化前加硅油重0.5%甲基三乙氧基硅烷MTES交联(产物记作MAS-1)或丁内酯改性后加0.6%环氧化合物Epoxy交联(产物记作LAS-1),即交联与酰化串联的改性方案,或使整理织物的柔
