水性聚氨酯粘合剂中丙酮含量的测定

摘    要:该方法选用401有机载体为固定相,装入柱长2m,内径3mm的玻璃或不锈钢色谱柱中,采用泵抽法装柱,通N2于190℃老化24h;以甲醇为内标,蒸馏水为溶剂,FID为检测器,对水性聚氨酯粘合剂样品中丙酮含量进行气相色谱分离和测定。结果表明:丙酮的标准偏差0.028;变异系数0.41%;回收率99.7%,线性相关系数r=0.9999。该方法测定速度快,结果准确,重现性好。

Abstract:Selecting the 401 Organic Carrier as the stationary phase, the stationary phase which was loaded in the glass or stainless steel column that have the length 2 m, diameter 3 ram. Using the pumping method and passing N: aging 24 h at 190℃. To determine the content of acetone by using the FID detector. Using the internal standard of the methanol, distilled water as the solvent. To determine the content of acetone which was existed in Water-based polyurethane adhesives. The standard deviation was 0.028, the coefficients of variation was 0.41%, the average recovery were 99.7 %. Linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The method proved to have the features of rapidity, reproducibility.
