企业规模结构的理论优化模型

本文利用经济控制论与耗散结构论提出了企业规模结构的理论优化模型。企业规模结构是工业经济结构的一个重要组成部分。常规下对企业规模结构的最优控制实质是对有限资源的最优分配,可以利用离散的庞特里雅金极大值原理建立其状态方程,利用资源边际产出的概念设置目标泛函数。通过企业规模结构的自组织系数可以分析系统结构的稳定性。当绪构失稳时,系统从平衡态进入非平衡态,根据自组织原理,建立耗散结构状态下的企业规模结构模型。此优化模型可为宏观经济控制与决策提供参考。

The Theoretical Optimum Model of Business Scale Structure

In this paper, the optimum model of business scale sturcture is put forward according to economic cybernetics and the theory of dissipative structure. In common cases, the optimum control to business scale structure is the optimum distribution of resources. The scattered principle of optimum and the marginal analysis about output of resources can be used to anal yse the problem. The stability of business scale structure is analysed by the coefficient of self-organization. When structure is out of order and the system goes into nonrstability state. The business scale structure model can be set up under dissipative structure state. The model can provide reference to macroscopic economic control and making decision for us
