全氟丙酰过氧化物的合成

综述了用作氟聚合引发剂的全氟丙酰过氧化物的合成工艺:由全氟环氧丙烷在碱性条件下异构化制得全氟丙酰氟,由R225ca经光化学反应、或由氟丙羧酸氯化合成全氟丙酰氯,然后由前驱体全氟丙酰氟或全氟丙酰氯进行过氧化制得全氟丙酰过氧化物.在分析了各步反应工艺优缺点的基础上,提出了适合的全氟丙酰过氧化物的制备工艺路线:采用羧酸氯化制备全氟丙酰氯的工艺路线、再结合反应精馏技术,使反应和分离过程一体化,实现目标产物全氟丙酰过氧化物的合成和有效分离.

Manufacture of perfluorodipropionyl peroxides

The process for manufacture of perfluorodipropionyl peroxides used as fluoropolymerization initiators was reviewed. Perfluoropropionyl fluoride was prepared by the isomerization of hexafluoropropene oxide. Perfluoropropionyl chloride was prepared by photochemical oxidation of R122 (CF2ClCHCl2) or by halogenation of CF3CF2COOH. So perfluorodipropionyl peroxides were prepared by peroxidation of perfluoropropionyl fluoride or perfluoropropionyl chloride. The process for manufacture of perfluorodipropionyl peroxides was proposed that perfluoropropionyl chloride was prepared by halogenation of CF3CF2COOH, and reactional rectification was used in the course of peroxidation of perfluoropropionyl chloride.
