三油叶精密轴承油膜间隙形状的摩擦性能分析

摘    要:采用数值算法,研究了不同油膜间隙形状相应的三油叶精密轴承的摩擦性能,研究结果表明,瓦弧边缘的最大间隙bm与中央的最小间隙Cm之差值△rm在一定范围内增大时,有利于建立动压油膜,△rm较小时,相应的摩擦系数较大。

Abstract:The friction performance of oil film on journal of three lobe bearing is researched onthe condition of different oil film clearance forms by means of numerical calculation method.Research results indicate that increase of difference value △rm between maximum clearancevalue bm pad arc edge and minimum clearance value cm of pad arc center favors building of hy-drodynamic oil film,The friction coefficient increases with the decrease of △rm.
