| 摘 要： | 通过机台改造,改变操作方式和调整加工工艺,可在普通单丝道加弹机上利用双股并丝加工方法生产出粗旦涤纶DTY,在捻向、加工速度、拉伸比、定型温度及定型超喂等工艺参数选择得当的情况下,单丝道并丝加工产品的质量指标与双丝道加工产品相差无几。

| Abstract: | With transforms of gear end,changing operating mode and adjusting process,the polyester coarse denier DTY can be produced on general monofilament gear end machine using folding processing method.With the suitable direction of twist,processing speed,drawing ratio,set temperature and set super-feeding.The performance figure of products through the monofilament processing is almost the same as the products through the double silk processing. |
