中央空调变流量冷水系统变压差控制方法应用研究

摘    要:提出了中央空调变流量冷水系统中二次泵的变压差控制策略,以空调冷冻水系统最不利末端用户两端的压差作为二次泵变频控制的控制信号,改变二次泵的频率,使二次泵输送的冷冻水量和空调用户所需的冷冻水量相等.进行了数值仿真模拟,仿真结果表明二次泵变压差控制不仅节约二次泵的输送能耗,而且能维持冷机的COP在一个较高水平.

Abstract:This paper advances the variable pressure control strategy of the secondary pump in variable water vloume(VWV) cooling water systems,which treats the pressure of the end users as the control signal of the secondary pump in VWV cooling water systems.By changing the frequency of the secondary pump,the frozen water of the secondary pump is equal to the required frozen water of the air condition users,and the use of simulation software for numerical simulation.The results show that it saves transportation energy consumption of the secondary pump and maintain the COP at a high level.
