微型钢管桩在青岛地区基坑支护中的应用研究

摘    要:依托青岛某综合性商业大厦基坑支护工程,通过在钢管桩外壁贴应变片的方法,探讨了青岛地区土岩结合地层大直径水泥土桩内植入微型钢管桩的弯矩计算方法,分析了水泥土桩内微型钢管桩受力后的弯矩分布及变化情况.测试结果表明,钢管桩的最大弯矩发生在基坑深度的中下部;该种支护形式适合于土岩复合地层.

Abstract:Based on certain comprehensive business building excavation engineering in Qingdao,this paper studies the bending moment calculation method of micro-steel-pipe pile in major diameter soil-cement mixed pile in the combination of soil and rock,and analyzes its bending moment distribution and the change after force through the method of posting strain foil on the micro-steel-pipe pile.The tested results show that the maximum bending moment of micro-steel-pipe pile is in the middle and lower of the foundation pit;the excavation form is suitable for the combination of soil and rock.
