摘    要:矿井通风安全是井下安全生产的重要组成部分.为了保证井下安全生产,需要对通风机的风量、风压进行实时有效的监测.介绍了以ATmega16单片机为核心的用于矿山通风系统的新型风流参数监测装置的工作原理,硬件、软件的设计及现场测试情况.该装置能实现实时监测、就地显示、上位机传输等功能.现场测试结果表明该装置具有高测量精度和可靠性.

Abstract:Mine ventilation safety is an important component of underground mine safety production.In order to ensure the safety of underground mine production,the air flows and pressures of fans should be effectively monitored in time.This paper introduces the working principles,designs of hardwares and softwares and in-situ tests of a new type monitoring device,based on ATmega16 single-chip microcomputers which is used for air parameters of mine ventilation systems.This device can achieve real-time monitoring,local display,PC transmission and other functions.The results of the in-situ tests show that this device has high measuring accuracy and reliability.
