高纯金属镝的制备

摘    要:为制备高纯度稀土金属Dy以适应高科技发展的需求,在钙热一次还原法生产的Dy-4,Dy-8的基础上,用中频感应炉进行二次精炼和真空蒸馏,并对工艺进行优化选择得出,二次精炼温度为1450℃,保温40min最适宜;真空蒸馏1500℃~1530℃,保温8h最佳。用此工艺所制备的金属Dy的纯度超过国标高纯度Dy-1和Dy-2的要求,接近国外高纯Dy的先进技术指标。

Abstract:Dyspros/um metal belongs to rare earth elements. With the rapid development of the world economic, the purity demand of dysprosium is more and more high. The aim of this research is on the basis of calciothermic reduction method of Dy-4, Dy-8 products, by using the refinement and vacuum distillation processes, to exploit the high purity dysprosium (Dy-1, Dy-2) products. Through the experiment research, the optimum parameters for refinement and vacuum distillation such as temperature and time during preparing high purity dysprosium process have been gained. The result shows that refinement process is better to remove calcium and magnesium impurities, vacuum distillation is better to remove carbon, nitrogen, oxygen of air impurities and remove gadolinium (Gd), terbium (Tb), yttrium (Y) of rare earth impurities, but elements of holmium (Ho), erbium (Er), aluminum and iron under similar vapor pressure. The quality of dysprosium metal can meet the chemical composition requirements of Dy-1, Dy-2 in GB,which shows the research result is fairly good.
