摘    要:播种质量的高低直接影响到作业生产率和出芽率,而目前的装置大多结构复杂、价格昂贵。本研究设计了一种自动测试小麦精播机排种均匀性的检测装置,系统使用MCS-51系列单片机及传感器组成硬件测试系统,实现了对小麦精播机输种管中的种子的实时检测和显示,并具有结构简单、性能可靠等特点。

Abstract:The productivity of work and the rate of sprouting are affected by the quality of seeding directly, and most devices are complicated and expensive at present.A set of devices is designed in this research,which can automatically inspect and measure the seeding uniformity of wheat precision planter.The single chip computers of MCS-51 series and the sensors used for the devices make up the test system of hardware.The seeds in the release-seed pipe of wheat precision planter are automatically inspected and measured in real time,and the system has the advantages of simple structure and reliable performance.
