CMC对涂料保水性能的影响及理论分析

摘    要:采用FW型保水仪(类似于S.D.Warren保水仪)研究了CMC涂料保水性能,考察了颜料组合(高岭土/重钙)、CMC的分子质量和用量及温度对涂料保水性的影响,并尝试应用涂料成分间相互作用的理论研究成果分析和解释这些结果。研究结果显示,CMC与其他涂料组分间的相互作用显著影响涂料的保水性;随着温度的提高,涂料的保水性降低;随CMC分子质量的增加,涂料的保水性提高;同一涂料粘度下,较高分子质量的CMC有更好的保水性。

Abstract:Water retention property of the CMC containing coating was investigated with the FW water retention meter which resembles the S.D.Warren water retent ion meter.Effects of pigments combination(clay/GCC),CMC molecular weight and dosage,and temperature on the water retention were examined.Results were a nalyzed and defined by using the theory of ingredients interaction in the coatin g.Results suggested that the interaction between CMC and the other ingredients in the coating significantly influenced the water retention.Water re-tention v alues decreased with the elevating of temperature,while increase d with the inc reasing of CMC molecular weight ,and CMC with larger molecular weight contribu ted to the better water retention under the circumstances of the same coating v iscosity.
