济钢高MgO烧结矿生产实践

摘    要:介绍济钢炼铁320m2烧结机通过分阶段提高轻烧菱镁石粉的配加量,生产高MgO烧结矿时所采取的措施,并对烧结机和高炉的生产使用效果进行了评价.生产试验表明,烧结矿MgO控制在3.5%时,3号1750m3高炉主要技术经济指标得到较为明显的改善.

Abstract:The measures taken for producing high-MgO sinter with the 320 m 2 sintering machine at JISGC by step-wise increasing the proportion of soft burned magnesite powder were introduced,and the sintering and iron-making effects of the sinter evaluated in the article.Production tests showed that the economic and technical indices of the No.3 1750 m 3 BF were improved,when the MgO content of the sinter was kept at about 3.5%.
