摘    要:研究了镁对刀剪用钢中夹杂物的影响.试验结果表明:在中频炉出钢过程中加镁,可使钢中夹杂物由原来的以Al2O3和Al2O3-TiN为主,变为以镁铝尖晶石为主的夹杂物;加镁炉次铸坯洁净度为12.2个/mm2,不加镁铸坯为15.76个/mm2.

Abstract:The effects of magnesium on the inclusion in cutlery steel were investigated.It was shown that addition of magnesium into the steel in the tapping process of medium-frequency induction furnace resulted in a inclusion composed of MgO·Al2O3 spinel instead of Al2O3 and Al2O3-TiN present in the untreated steel.The cleanliness of the billet was 12.2/mm2 with magnesium deoxidation,compared to 15.76/mm2 without magnesium deoxidation.
