压铸态SiCw/Al复合材料中的热残余应力

摘    要:利用X射线衍射方法,研究了压铸态SiCw/6061Al复合材料中热残余应力。结果表明,压铸态复合材料基体中存在三向不等的热残余拉应力,各向应力分量差异主要与晶须的择尤取向有关。晶须体积分数越高,则晶须的择尤取向程度越明显,因而复合材料中各向残余应力分量的差异就越大。

Abstract:By using the X ray diffraction method, the thermal residual stresses in as squeeze cast SiCw/6061Al composites were investigated. The results showed that there were unequal triaxial tensile thermal residual stresses in matrix of the composites. The difference among stress tensors was mainly related to the preferred orientation of whiskers. The higher volume fraction of whiskers, the more obvious preferred orientation of whiskers, and the larger difference existed among tensors of residual stress in the composites accordingly.
