600kt/a硫磺制酸装置建设及试生产情况

消化吸收国外先进技术进行国产化设计和装备的600 kt/a硫磺制酸装置，以固体硫磺为原料，采用快速熔硫、过滤、液体硫磺燃烧、废热回收、两转两吸生产工艺，单系列设计能力1800t/d。试生产期间出现了一些问题，如：快速熔硫槽能力不足；转化率不高，致使尾气SO2排放指标不合格等。改进后，主要技术经济指标及生产能力已达到设计要求。

Construction and commissioning of a 600 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant

A 600 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant was designed and fabricated with domestic techniques on the basis of absorption and digestion of introduced advanced technologies. The plant adopted a process consis ting of fast melting and filtration of solid S, molten S burning, waste heat recovery, double conversion and double absorption. During commissioning, some problems such as insufficient capacity of fast melting pot and lower con version occurred, resulting in substandard SO2 emission. By improvement, main technical and economic indexes and production capacity hit the design targets.
