| Abstract: | At present, the discrete cosine transform (DCT) develops quickly In this papet, all kinds of fast algorithms and development for DCT are introduced, and DCT algorithms are classified. The paper overviews various architectores suiting to VLSI implementation of fast algorithms for DCT in detail, and probes into the development and gnplicatiion of this field. |
