农业剩余劳动力转移的经济学分析及对我国的启示

发展中国家普遍存在农业劳动力过剩问题。结合理论分析和各国经验说明农业剩余劳动力转移的一般规律和对经济发展的重要意义。分析了农业剩余劳动力的转移形式,即产业转移和空间转移,并比较了向城市转移和就地非农化两种空间转移方式的优劣。在此基础上分析了我国改革开放以来农业剩余劳动力转移的现状,并提出了在今后一段时期转移的主要方式。

Economic Analysis on the Transfer of Surplus Labor Force in Agriculture and the Enlightenment for China

The paper puts forward the problem of surplus labor force in agriculture that generally exists in developing countries, demonstrates the general principles and the important significance of transferring surplus labor force in agriculture to economic development by combining theoretical analysis with experiences from other countries, analyzes the forms of the agricultural surplus labor force transfer, namely, the industrial transfer and spatial transfer, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two spatial transfer forms of transfer to cities and local transfer to non-agricultural areas. Based on the above discussion, this paper analyzes the status quo of the transfer of agricultural surplus labor force since the reform and opening-up of our country and puts forward the main ways of transfers in the future.
