| 摘 要： | 本文以外圆车削为例,阐述了机械加工中毛刺的形成机理,描述了毛刺的生成过程,说明了毛刺的形貌,找出了对毛刺影响较重要的几个因素,简述了控制毛刺或降低毛刺级别的途径及清除毛刺的技术。

| Abstract: | In this paper, with turning as an example. We discuss the mechanism ofburr forming in machining. Expound the appearance of burr and its growingprocess, some main factors influancing the burr grades have been found; andthe methods of controlling burr generating, or the way of lowering burring gr-ade and clearing-burr technique are indicated also. |
