FeAl合金氩弧焊工艺和接头性能研究

摘    要:试验研究了FeAl合金的钨极氩弧焊焊接工艺和焊接接头的组织与性能。结果表明,以条状母材和1Cr18Ni9Ti焊丝为填充材料,选择合适的焊接工艺参数,都可获得达到母材强度80%的焊接接头;焊缝边缘处易获得树枝晶,焊缝中心处易获得等轴晶;焊接热影响区为回复和再结晶组织

Abstract:An investigation of gas tungsten arc welding technique was carried out to improve the microstructure and properties of weld joint of FeAl alloy sheet. The studies show that the tensile strengh of weld joint is as high as 80 percent of that of FeAl alloy sheet by using thin FeAl alloy bar and 1Cr18Ni9Ti rod as welded alloy and selecting suitable welding parameters. Treeings are distributed over the most areas of weld region and some equal axle crystals are in the center. Recovery and recrystallization structure are gained in the heat affected zone.
