摘    要:本文提出的HL型釜是一种新型的汽液相双循环平衡釜,具有与国内外双循环釜不同的加热一循环结构,并附有磁力搅拌混合器和密封性能优良的取样部件。分别用性质各异的体系对HL釜进行了鉴定。在760mm汞柱绝压下、测定的数据表明:经典的正庚烷-甲苯二元系统数据与相同压力下文献数据相符,并符合热力学一致性;尚未见报道的比重、沸点值相差悬殊的乙酸乙酯-四氯乙烯系统的数据经校验符合热力学一致性;部分互溶的水-正丁醇系统汽液平衡数据与文献值相符。HL型釜操作方便,运行稳定,测值准确,应用范围广,是一种理想的常减压汽液平衡釜。


A new type of still for measuring vaporliquid equilibrium under atmospheric or reduced pressure
Abstract:A new vapor-liquid equilibrium still with circulation of both vapor and liquid phases was designed. The features of the still are: structure of the heating section, sampling device, and premixing of liquid phase with vapor condensate before returning to the resevoir.The still can also be used for those systems having limited miscibility, as well as those consisting of components with widely different densities and boiling points.
