| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种带三维坐标测量的新一代万能工具显微镜的构想，在结构方面打破了传统万能工具显微镜的常规模式，吸收了三维坐标测量机的优点，扩大了测量范围，提供了计算机技术，使仪器向精密，高效方向发展；并采用ＣＣＤ电视摄像，双筒目镜观察等新措施，为万能工具显微镜的更新换代开辟了一条新路．

| Abstract: | A new type universal tool maker's microscope with 3D coordinate measurement is proposed in this paper.The instrument makes a breakthrough on conventional model of the traditional universal tool maker's microscope. Taking the advantage of the coordinate measurement machine,it extends the measuring range. With the computer, CCD and binocular observation technology,the instrument has a higher precision and effectiveness. |
