| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究医院管理信息化建设过程中存在的多种模式,对自行建设、购买产品、委托开发等3种传统模式和购买IT服务新模式进行多方面比较分析,发现购买IT服务新模式具有服务好、响应快、专业化、成本效益高等优势,并且结合本院实际物流管理现状和医院信息化建设经验,探索尝试了采用这一新模式建设物流管理系统,实现了物流信息共享、管理流程优化、物流管理反应速度显著提高等,取得了初步成效

| Abstract: | This article analyzed different models of hospital management informationization and compared three traditional models that were self-development, buying mature product, and commission development, with the new model of buying IT service. A lot of advantages of the new model were found, such as good service, quick response, specialization and high cost-benefit, the new model was adopted to construct the logistics management system combining with our reality and experiences, which made primary effects, including sharing logistics information, optimizing management process and improving reaction speed of Io_qistics manaaement. |
