| 摘 要： | 在梳理1949年以来我国水库移民安置模式变迁的基础上,从水库移民安置理念和传统移民安置模式所遇挑战两个方面阐述了多样化组合安置模式出现的诱致因素,包括社会和谐型工程建设、参与性移民安置和按需定供等理念,以及水库移民安置实施组织难度大、土地资源调整困难和移民行权意识增强等挑战。围绕多样化组合移民安置模式的内涵、运行逻辑和合理性展开论述,并探讨了模式实施过程中的约束条件。

| Abstract: | By describing the changes of reservoir resettlement patterns in China after 1949,the reasons for introducing Diversified Portfolio mode are analyzed in view of the development of resettlement ideas and the challenges encountered in traditional resettlement modes,including the ideas of constructing social harmonious engineering,participatory resettlement and on-demand set,and the challenges of difficult resettlement implement,difficult land adjustment and increasing awareness on rights protection.The content... |
