桐子林水电站高喷灌浆防渗施工技术

摘    要:桐子林水电站导流明渠围堰采用高喷灌浆和控制性灌浆相结合的防渗方案,高喷防渗最大孔深达52 m,且要在架空严重的大块石层中成孔,质量控制难度很大.桐子林水电站围堰高喷防渗墙施工完毕后,经过墙体开挖、围井抽水、钻孔取芯等质量检查以及注水试验结果表明,其施工方案、方法、工艺是正确的,可供其他工程借鉴.

Abstract:The high-pressure jet grouting and controlled grouting were used for cofferdam seepage control of diversion channel in Tongzilin Hydropower Station.The maximum depth of high-pressure jet grouting hole is 52 m and the construction quality is difficult to control.After the completion of cut-off wall,the examinations by wall excavation,surrounding wells pumping and coring and water injection tests show that the construction programs,methods and technologies are reasonable.
