水下导管法浇筑混凝土技术在龚嘴水电站水下修补中的应用

摘    要:四川龚嘴水电站经过多年运行,消力池侧壁水下部分被高速水流冲刷破坏,出现淘空,采用导管法浇筑水下不分散混凝土对侧壁淘空进行了修复。汛期运行后的水下复查结果表明,新浇混凝土表面完整,耐磨性良好,说明导管法浇筑水下不分散混凝土技术可靠、有效,达到了工程质量要求。导管法浇筑水下不分散混凝土技术具有造价经济、工期短、工程量小、无污染等优点,为类似水下建筑的修复加固提供了新选择。

Abstract:The side wall of stilling basin under water level in Gongzui Hydropower Station was damaged and parts of wall were hollowed out by high-speed flow.The underwater tremie placing technology was used to pour underwater concrete for repairing the side wall.The inspection after the operation in flood season shows that the fresh concrete surface is integral and the placing technology is reliable,effective and can meet the requirements on project quality.The method has advantages of lower cost,shorter construction...
