小湾水电站典型电气事故隐患分析与解决方案

摘    要:小湾水电站首台机组调试过程中发生了调速器频率异常显示和电气过速保护装置误动引起事故停机的故障现象.对两个故障现象进行了分析研究,并进行了相应的处理.其后的机组调试和实际运行表明事故隐患得到了有效的消除.

Abstract:Two electrical accidents,including abnormal frequency display at governor and the malfunction of over-speed electrical protection which leading to unit emergency shutdown,occurred during the first unit commissioning of Xiaowan Hydropower Station.The accidents are analyzed and treated.The following unit commissioning and commercial operation shows that the accident potentials are eliminated.
