| 摘 要： | 随着现代医学技术的飞速发展,脑卒中患者的死亡率相对下降,但脑卒中以其高致残率的特点,仍然是困扰我国医护人员跟患者的难题。针对我国认知语言障碍患者特点,结合MoCA(Montreal Cognitive Assessment蒙特利尔认知评估量表)、MMSE(mini-mental state examination简易智能精神状态检查量表)、NCSE(Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Examination神经行为认知状况测试)等认知评定量表,设计了一套集数据管理分析及训练为一体的认知语言功能康复软件系统。该系统的研发和应用以虚拟环境技术结合临床实践经验作为基础,能够对不同方面的认知语言功能进行治疗和训练。此外,与系统配套使用的符合人体工学的触屏式操作台的设计,使患者训练操控更为简单。 |

| Abstract: | For the characteristics of the patient with cognitive and language disorders in China,this paper designs a cognitive and language rehabilitation software system based on data management and analysis and training,integrats with the cognitive assessment of MoCA（Montreal Cognitive Assessment）,MMSE（mini-mental state examination）and NCSE（Neurobehavioral Cognitive Status Examination）.The system based on virtual environment technology and clinical experience,can treat different kinds of patients with different aspects of cognitive or language disability. |
