摘 要: | 利用图像测量物体尺寸是一种非接触式测量方法。利用微软公司的Kinect相机能获取RGB-D图像的特点,完成了一种非接触式测量方法。并对Kinect相机的测量深度图误差进行了大量实际测量实验得出相关结论,针对Kinect的深度图特点,建立了非接触式测量的相机几何模型,并标定出几何模型的参数,利用所得的参数实际测量、验证并分析了系统的误差,完成了Kinect相机非接触式测量的方法,实现非接触式测量误差约为1mm。

Abstract: | This measurement is realized by the using the characteristics of Kinect camera that can obtain the RGB-D images.Some relevant conclusions are drawn from a large number of actual measurement experiments on the depth chart error of Kinect camera measurement.According to the characteristics of Kinect depth chart,a camera geometry model of non-contact measurement is established,and the geometry model parameters are calibrated in this paper. |
