催化裂化装置的抑焦阻垢运行优化

摘    要:着重探讨了中国石化武汉分公司Ⅰ催化裂化装置分馏油浆系统出现油浆下返堵塞的问题,并分析其原因。介绍了NS-130油浆阻垢剂在油浆系统中的应用,并对应用前后的运行情况进行了对比分析,结果表明,NS-130油浆阻垢剂具有良好的抑制油浆系统结垢的作用,有利于装置长周期运行。

Abstract:The flowing down of slurry and resulting plugging of the slurry system of the fractionator of No. 1 fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) of Sinopec Wuhan Company are discussed, and the cause for this problem is analyzed. The application of slurry fouling inhibitor NS -130 in the slurry system is introduced, and the operation of the slurry system before the application of this slurry fouling inhibitor is compared with that after the application of this slurry fouling inhibitor. The results have shown that slurry fouling inhibitor NS - 130 is good in inhibiting the fouling of slurry system and is favorable to the long - term operation of FCCU.
