摘    要:本文通过2005年5万吨/年聚丙烯装置发生的D201插底管堵塞故障,结合以往生产中出现的类似情况进行分析,查找原因,并制定和采取相应对策,确保生产在催化剂单线投料下正常运转,同时为避免今后D201插底管堵塞、保证装置平稳长周期运行奠定基础。

Abstract:This article is mainly about the block of D201 dip tube happened in the 50,000 Ton/year Polypropylene Unit in 2005 and the similar scenario occured in the past production, the article analysed the situation and tried to find out the reason, and gave the reasonable measures to solve the problem, to validate the unit can be normally operated enen when the catalyst single feeeding, And avoid the block of D201 dip tube, to settle a foundation to make sure the unit in good condition in the long term.
