| Abstract: | This paper presents a review of solid particle erosion of ductile and brittle materials. The main mechanisms of solid particle erosion, such as Microcutting, Elastic-plastic etc.,are surveyed. The influences of environmental factors, particle properties and materials performences are also described. |
