| 摘 要： | 通过对进口热水泵转子部件叶轮表面汽蚀和机械密封泄漏原因的分析,发现叶轮和机械密封原有的几何形状、材料、结构存在不合理之处,对其进行国产化改造,工业实验效果明显,改造后的叶轮和密封达到了生产使用要求,取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the reasons of imported components of heat pump rotor surface impeller cavitation and mechanical seal leakage,the unreasonable parts exists on the original geometry,materials,structure of the impeller and mechanical seal was found,and that the localized transformation has been made with an obvious results by industrial experiments,the modified impeller and sealed had meet the production demands,and had achieved good economic benefits. |
