铅离子对水杨氧肟酸浮选金红石的活化作用研究

摘    要:水杨氧肟酸是金红石的良好捕收剂。铅离子对水杨氧肟酸浮选金红石具有强烈的活化作用。通过动电应测定、洗涤—浮选试验以及X射线光电子能谱和红外光谱分析研究认为,水杨氧肟酸是与金红石表面的钛质点生成稳定的金属螯合物而吸附,铅离子起活化作用的机理主要在于使金红石表面钛质点与水杨氧肟酸作用的活性显著提高,从而大大活化了金红石的浮选。

Abstract:Generally accepted as a collector of rutil with good collecting performance is salicylic hydroxamic acid. The activation of Pb2 ion in the flotation of rutil is powerful. Through the measuring of dynamic potential,tlie test of acid wash- ing and flotation,and analyses for X-ray photoelectron energy spectrometry and infrared spectrometry, it could be considered that salicylic hydroxamic ac-id mainly interacts with Ti4 grains on the surface of rutil to form a stable chelate and to be absorbed. The mechanism of activation of Pb2 ion in flotation isprincipally owing to the fact that strong chemical absorption of hydroxy com-plexs, and precipatite of lead hydroxide on the surface of rutil activate theinteraction between Ti4 grains and salicylic hydroxamic acid and, hence,theflotation of rutil is powerful in the presence of Pb2 ion.
