摘    要:在黄河流域实行可交易水权制度,很大程度上依赖于相关技术基础的建立和技术手段的完善。其中包括开发各种适用的水测量技术,建立引黄灌溉渠网水流量自动监测体系等。文章介绍适用于不同渠道的水流量自动测量技术和基于GSM短消息的引黄灌溉渠流量自动监测系统。

Abstract:Putting the system of water-right trade into practice in the Yellow River basin mostly would rely on correlative technology foundation and instrument,including development of various water flow auto-measuring techniques,foundation of auto-measuring system for irrigation dyke network of the Yellow River and so on.This article introduces auto-measuring techniques of water-flow for different irrigation dyke and an auto-measuring system of water-flow for irrigation dyke of the Yellow River based on the short message of GSM.
