浅谈钢结构窄板构件防变形制作方法

随着我国建筑要求的不断提高,建筑外形美观越来越受到重视,伴随着建筑形式的多样,结构形式也变得更加复杂,空间弯扭异形钢结构应用也越来越广,给钢结构制作厂家带来了巨大挑战。其中大跨度钢结构因其美观的外形设计,越来越受到设计师和业主的青睐,其中飘带等窄板类钢结构也越来越受到广泛的应用。但因其独特的结构形式,使其在制作过程中遇到不少困难,尤其是其在制作过程中的变形控制是制作的重难点。

With the increasing demanding on the construction industry,people pay more and more attention to the elegant appearance.Along with the diversity development of construction,the structure is become more complex.Spatial bending and torsion steel structures are widely application,this phenomenon will pose a huge challenge for the steel structure manufacturers.Because of the artistic and novel outlook design,the long-span spatial steel structure is becoming more and more popular with owners and designers,especially the narrow plate of steel structure.But in the meantime,the novel structure has brought great difficulty to processes of the steel member,especially how to find a practical way prevent the welding deformation.
