低压低产气井连续油管冲砂试验及分析

摘    要:长庆气田部分气井出现不同程度的井底积砂现象,对气井的正常生产和后期测试产生了一定影响。针对这种情况,提出了采用连续油管高黏度液体携砂、氮气循环顶替欠平衡注入段塞式冲砂技术。经榆林、苏里格气田现场3口井试验,冲砂作业时间短,对储层伤害小,为低压、低产气井冲砂作业提供了一种新途径。

Abstract:The phenomenon of sand invasion in many gas wells has an influence on the normal production and the testing of Changqing gas field.This paper puts forward a underbalance injection sand washing technique with high viscosity fluid carrying sand and nitrogen circulate displacing.Through the tests in three wells of Yulin and Sulige gas field,the technique costs little work time and has small damage for reservoir.Therefore,this technique can provide a new path for sand washing operation in low-pressure and stripper gas well.
