| 摘 要： | 论述了电梯使用聚氨酯缓冲器的优点及现实意义。总结了影响聚氯酯材料老化的主要因素，并分析了其老化现象定聚氨酯缓冲器微观形貌和力学性能的影响。同时，对其使用过程中的其他问题进行了深入思考，最后有针定性的提出了解决问题的主要措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the advantages of elevator using polyurethane buffer are discussed. Then, the main factors influencing the p ）lyurethane material aging are summarized;the influence of aging on microstructure and mechanical properti ：s of polyurethane buffer is analyzed. At the same time, the other problems in the process of using are presented, thrcugh analysis of these situation, corresponding measures which could solve the problems effec tively were introduced fi aally. |
