摘 要: | 主要阐述了概念设计阶段某款轿车结构的有限元分析过程,建立该车的有限元模型,采用简化的梁截面进行模拟并计算了截面的力学参数,根据接头的力学特性,计算了5个主要的接头刚度,并利用弹簧单元和刚性单元模拟了接头。计算该车的扭转刚度、弯曲刚度和模态,并与详细设计进行对比和分析,研究表明:仿真结果与详细设计结果基本接近,能够比较准确地预测整车的性能。

Abstract: | The finite-element analysis process of a car body at concept design phase is discussed .We build the finite-element model of the car body ,calculate the Mechanical parameters with the simplified beam section and the stiffness of five main joints according to the mechanical feature of the joints ,and simulate the joints with spring and rigid elements .The torsional and bending stiffness and modes of the car are calculated ,which are compared with the detailed design results ,and the it is showed that the simulation is reasonable and can be used to predict the performance of car body . |
