摘    要:介绍以广泛应用在工业自动化控制方面的红外线接收专用集成电路KA2184为系统核心开发研制的应用于络纱机的新一代断头控制仪。采用电路简单,反应灵敏。避免了开关接点式控制仪对工作环境要求苛刻、反应慢等缺陷,而大大提高了该控制仪抗干扰和误动作现象。对确保合股无捻粗纱络纱过程线密度稳定及减轻工人劳动强度有重要意义。

Abstract:A new generation roving break controller for roving winder is introduced. The controller uses integrated circuict KA2184 specialized for infrared reception in industrial antomation as core element.The circuit is simple and sensitive. It avoids such shortcomings as harsh requirement for working environment and slow response found in conventional contactor controllers, and performs much better against interference and misfunction. This is very important to ensure constant linear density of assembled roving in its winding process and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
