| 摘 要： | 论述了全球能源格局的变化趋势和世界炼油业的最新发展动向,提出了我国需采取的相应对策。世界能源格局正在发生变化,石油比例在下降,天然气份额上升,美国页岩革命异军突起。炼油业呈现出发展重心东移,原油品质重劣质化,油品质量升级步伐加快等新动向。
