| 摘 要： | 针对产品布置设计人机交互多、效率低等问题,提出一种知识支撑分级约束方法。该方法依据工程知识表达划分产品单元,同时定义单元约束关系并划分层级。建立产品分级约束模型,通过客户需求等约束的转换、传递和计算,有效实现了产品设计方案的自动生成。该方法在电梯布置设计中得到应用验证,不仅减少了人机交互,而且避免了设计方案潜在错误,降低了产品制造中的错误率和开发成本。
